Our EIA Team partnership is unique and we believe that our approach to customer service will lead to a world-class experience provided by the friendliest airport staff in the world.
EIA Team strives to have a clear understanding of how customers perceive airport service by gathering feedback in the following ways:
- Quarterly surveying of the travelling public
- Ongoing gathering of customer comments

Customers’ opinions mean a lot to EIA Team, and we do our best to improve areas where we fall short of customer expectations.
Facility and/or service issues are handled by multi-disciplinary teams who thoroughly investigate any areas that have caused customer concern. This provides for some great brain-storming and issue-resolution discussions.
EIA Team devotes time for joint recruiting and training programs, such as New Employee Orientation and Front-Line Skills Training, to increase airport service efficiency. Employee reward and recognition programs are in place to ensure employee morale. All this is done in effort to enhance each customer’s experience.
